We primarily consider residential properties that are suitable for professional company letting. Each property is assessed individually based on location, condition, layout and suitability.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently focus on selected locations across London, Greater London and surrounding areas. You can see our current coverage on our Areas We Cover page.
Do you accept properties outside your listed areas?
Our coverage is continuing to expand. If your property is outside our current locations, you are still welcome to contact us. We can consider suitable properties on an individual basis.

How do I get my property assessed?
Simply contact us through our property enquiry form, email or telephone. We'll ask for some basic information about the property and review its suitability.
Is the initial property assessment free?
Yes. The initial property assessment is provided without obligation. We'll review the opportunity before discussing any commercial proposal.
How long does the assessment take?
The time required depends on the property and the information available. Once we have the necessary details, we'll aim to review the opportunity and respond as promptly as possible.
Am I committed to working with STAYEST after an assessment?
No. An initial assessment and discussion does not commit you to entering into an agreement. Any commercial arrangement is discussed and agreed before a contract is entered into.

Our service can include professional property management covering areas such as occupancy, cleaning, inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance documentation and property care.

Our operations team coordinates maintenance and works with appropriate contractors. Responsibilities and approval thresholds can be agreed as part of the property arrangement.
How are property inspections handled?
Where inspections form part of the agreed service, they are scheduled and documented so that the property's condition can be monitored and reported.
